Isn't he adorable? Hehehe....ni dia nih my next athlete crush setelah rasa untuk Cr*stia*o R*nal*o menghilang. Yes... thank's for Irina Shayk. Anyway, namanya Chen Long (udah tau kan, judulnya aja Chen Long), lahir pada tanggal 18 Januari 1989. biar umurnya baru 21 tahun nih, prestasinya udah lumayan mentereng. Diantaranya waktu masih jadi junior dia juara Asian Junior Championship dan World Junior Championship, serta Australian Olympic Youth Festival pada tahun 2007. Pria yang lahir di Xiamen ini mempunyai tinggi 189 cm, mungkin karena itu kali ya ibunya ngasih nama Long hehehe...gak lah, Long sendiri artinya Naga.
Tahun 2009 nama Chen Long mulai bersinar di pentas senior. Di India Open dia ngalahin peringkat 1 dunia Lee Chong Wei di round pertama, tapi sayang dia harus kalah lawan Hafiz Hashim di semifinal. Trus, dia juga jadi runner-up Badminton Asian Championship setelah dikalahkan Bao Chun Lai di final dengan skor 21-16, 10-21, 16-21 dalam waktu 55 menit.
Pas tahun 2010, di sektor individual Chen Long meraih runner-up Swiss Open 2010 setelah kalah sama Chen Jin. Pada sektor Tim, Chen Long yang ada di Tim China berhasil meraih piala Thomas setelah mengalahkan Indonesia. Memang andil dia tidak begitu besar karena cuma sebagai tunggal putera ke-4 setelah Lin Dan, Chen Jin, dan Bao Chun Lai, but he's still 21 afterall, he has long way to go. Trus, satu lagi dia juga sudah berhasil menjadi juara Bitburger Open 2010, kalau gak salah sih ini gelar pertama buat cowok jangkung ini setelah menginjak pentas senior. Sayangnya Long harus mengakui ketangguhan Lin Dan ketika turnamen China Masters 2010. But he was great, dengan mampu merepotkan Lin Dan hingga set ke-3. Taufik Hidayat sama Lee Chong Wei aja keok tuh ma Super Dan.
Kehadiran Chen Long semoga bisa menambah suasana baru di departemen tunggal putera. secara setelah bertahun-tahun tunggal putera top dunia hanya didominasi oleh segelintir nama saja. All the best for Chen Long, The Dragon!
Gak terasa ya, Ramadhan udah mau usai. Idul Fitri udah di depan mata. So, Gitya Dina Herawaty mau mengucapkan selamat hari raya Idul Fitri. Maaf banget kalau ada (pasti ada) ucapan dan perkataan Gitya yang salah. Adios!!!!
Tonight is the night when Ratchanok Intanon accepted my facebook friend request. I am so happy. Well, it's not something like you can proud of but I don't know why I feel very very very excited when she accepted me. Since her name is a bit difficult to be typed so I will just type her nickname which is May to describe her in this post.
Before I write about May, I want to write about how my facebook friend request can be accepted by her first. Actually, I already sent the friend request weeks before it was accepted. However I didn't get the notification about the confirmation. In August 19th 2010 at 16.30 WIB she updated her status and it said that she need a help for her english homework. She had difficulties to write an essay about mother. Then, I sent message to her about my description about my mother. She thanked me and asked me to extend the description. She also asked on whether or not she disturbed me. Of course I said no and I write again my thought of my mother. Surely, I didn't forget to ask her to confirm my friend request. She thanked me again and confirmed it. She even commented my status. She didn't only comment on my status but she also very welcome toward other's critique about her. She replied those MEAN critiques in such elegant way for 15 years old girls. By those reasons I can conclude that she is humble and I will declare that me, GITYA DINA HERAWATY, is a fan of RATCHANOK INTANON, ^_^.
At first, I know her when I read thread in Badminton Central about World Junior Championship (WJC) 2009 in Mexico. She was the winner of Girl Single department, and guess what she also won WJC in 2008 which makes her the first person who wins WJC in two consecutive years. What I really impress about her is that she was just turned 14 when she won her first WJC (she was born on February 5th 1995). She is awesome, isn't she? Now, May is trying to compete in senior level. Her recent tournaments were Macau Open and Chinese Taipei Open. Unfortunately, she didn''t become champion on those tournaments. In Macau she was defeated by Zhou Mi on the first round and by Aprillia Yuswandari in Chinese Taipei open on the quarter final round. Well, she was just 15 years old after all. I don't want to think what would happen in the next 5 years if she can progress her skill and her mental. She will be the next badminton queen. Unfortunately, that wouldn't be a good news for Indonesia. Our players, especially for women are not so impressive. Do you read it, PBSI? Anyway, for now I can only write that about May. Perhaps in olympic 2016 I will write again about her getting gold. Go May!

It is August. Yes it is, but what so special about August? Well, if you ask that question to Indonesian they will answer that August is the month when Indonesia finally got it's independency after decades even centuries of colonialism. August 17th 1945 was the date when Ir. Soekarno declared proclamation.
There are so many events to celebrate the anniversary of The Independence Day such as Flag Ceremony and various of competitions that hold in each kampung (I don't know what the english term for kampung is). The one that is so memorable for me was when I won for eating Kerupuk (cracker rice???) competition. that was so memorable because I only managed to win that particular competition, I can not win others such as Kelereng, Sack Race, etc. I sucked, I still do. Wow, can I follow that competition again? I certainly can give a run for their money.

Sebenarnya bingung banget mau nulis apa di blog yang masih seumur jagung ini. Sayangnya otak aku masih beku, perlu dipanasin dulu nih biar encer lagi (emang pernah encer?). Akhirnya setelah menilai, menimbang, dan memutuskan aku memilih untuk me-review film Cin(t)a.
Film Cin(t)a diproduksi pada tahun 2009 berdurasi 79 menit. Mungkin alasan aku niat nonton film ini adalah karena kisahnya tentang keterlibatan dua anak manusia berbeda suku, ras, dan agama dalam satu payung rasa bernama cinta, secara aku kan suka cerita cinta antara orang yang berbeda *curcol*. Lho...kenapa aku jadi puitis gini ya? Anyway... this is the review.

Film ini berkisah tentang mahasiswa baru jurusan arsitektur keturunan Tionghoa bernama Cina yang terlibat hubungan dengan wanita Jawa bernama Annisa yang merupakan kakak tingkatnya di jurusan arsitektur. Cina menjadi maketer Annisa yang sudah berkali-kali tidak lulus ujian Tugas Akhir (TA). Ketika sama-sama mengerjakan TA Annisa itulah timbul benih-benih cinta antara mereka *berasajadipujangga*. Sayangnya perasaan Cinta antara Cina dan Annisa tidak bisa berjalan mulus. Ketidakmulusan cinta itu karena ternyata cinta mereka kepada Tuhan lebih besar dibandingkan cinta mereka kepada satu sama lain .... :'( mewek.com.
Film independen ini ceritanya sangat sederhana, akan tetapi dibalik kesederhanaan itu ada pesan-pesan yang meaningful banget. Memang film ini hanya berfokus pada interaksi Cina dan Annisa. Percakapan keduanya sebagian besar berkisar pada agama yang mereka anut. Cuma satu sih kekurangan pada film ini yaitu backsound terkadang mengganggu sehingga percakapan pemain kadang tidak terdengar.
Secara keseluruhan sih kalau boleh ngasih penilaian antara 1-10 aku kasih nilai 11. Film ini benar-benar worth to watch. Kalau mau bukti bisa cek trailernya di sini. Terakhir aku mau memberikan kutipan favorite-ku di film ini.
Annisa : "Kenapa Allah nyiptain kita beda-beda kalau Allah cuma pengen disembah dengan satu cara?"
Cina : " Makanya Allah nyiptain Cinta biar yang beda-beda bisa nyatu."
Sebenarnya telat banget sih buat review serial ini, soalnya udah ditayangin pas tahun 2005 di korea dan juga udah ditayangin di Indosiar beberapa tahun yang lalu. Sayangnya aku baru nonton serial ini and guess what... I LOVE IT.

Synopsis
Sam Soon's main passion and skills are in baking, as she does not have much of a social life, dreams of changing her name (Sam Soon is considered a very old-fashioned and embarrassing name) and owning a shop of her own. After her breakup with her boyfriend, she managed to land herself in a big French restaurant working as a patiesseur for a rude and angsty 27-year-old man called Hyun Jin Heon. Both were in bad terms ever since they set eyes on each other. But one day, Sam Soon finds herself in need of 50 million won (Korean currency, approximately $50,000) to pay for her mother's house. She agrees to be Hyun Jin Heon's girlfriend for that amount. During their pretend dating they slowly become more affectionate with each other. When things seem to go accordingly, Hyun Jin Heon's ex-girlfriend, Yoo Hee Jin, enters the scene and life for Sam Soon starts getting much worse. Jin Heon then realizes that he is happier with Sam-Soon and can't stop thinking about her. He confesses his love to her after she tells him that she hates people who don't confess their feelings towards the person they like. Hee Jin asks Jin Heon to accompany her on her return to the United States. Sam-Soon allows him to go, and he does not return within the promised duration. He soon arrives, and they find out that he has been sending postcards to the wrong address. Sam Soon and Jin Heon attempt to get her pregnant, in order to convince Jin Heon's mother into allowing their marriage. The plan fails, but they remain together.
Near the very end of the series, Sam-Soon reads a poem from a poster on a bus stop: "Dance like no one's watching. Sing like no one's listening. Work like you don't need the money. Love like you've never been hurt before. Live like there's no tomorrow.
My Comment :
Serial ini inti ceritanya lumayan mirip sama film Bridget Jones' Diary yaitu tentang seorang perempuan yang punya kelebihan berat badan berusaha untuk mencari belahan jiwanya. Tapi cuma itu aja yang sama, detail cerita serial ini beda lho... jadi walaupun kamu sudah pernah nonton Bridget Jones' Diary gak bakalan nyesel deh nonton My Lovely Sam-Soon. Hikmah dari cerita ini adalah jangan takut untuk mencintai. Sam-Soon yang sering patah hati dan berkali-kali dikecewakan oleh Jin-Heon tapi dia tetap berjuang demi cintanya. Selain itu kita juga harus mensyukuri apa yang telah kita miliki, Sam-Soon sangat tidak suka dengan bentuk tubuh dan namanya. Dia berusaha diet dan olah raga agar badannnya bisa langsing serta membuat aplikasi untuk mengganti nama Kim Sam-Soon, tapi... at the end of the day Sam-Soon tetap mensyukuri bentuk tubuh dan namanya tersebut. Pokoknya serial ini T.O.P.B.G.T...... :)
Tapi yang agak kurang aku suka ada beberapa part dalam ceritanya yang terkadang membosankan seperti cerita percintaan saudara perempuan Sam-Soon dan cerita segi empat khas drama korea yang menurutku cukup mengurangi keunikan serial ini. Secara keseluruhan sih My Lovely Sam-Soon deserves to be watched, apalagi buat kamu-kamu yang berasa kesengsem banget sama k-drama. Well, enjoy it!
